The heart of our work is Ho‘oponopono - a gentle Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation. Through this practice, we help and guide individuals, parents, professionals and groups to release stress, let go of guilt or resentment and reconnect with their calm, whole self. We offer both group circles and personal sessions, creating space for healing that meets you where you are in your journey. The name Kintsugi of the Soul is inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, where broken pottery is repaired with gold. It reflects our belief that the cracks of life are not flaws to hide, but places where light, love and wisdom enter. Our sessions are simple, compassionate and practical for daily life. Whether you join a group circle, a one-to-one session or a corporate workshop, each experience is designed to help you breathe easier, feel lighter and carry peace forward into your relationships and work. This is your space to let go, to reconnect and to remember — you are already whole.

Our Story

Kintsugi of the Soul was born from my own journey of transformation. I am a certified Ho’oponopono practitioner and a firm believer in the power of energies and spiritual healing. For me, Ho’oponopono has been more than a practice — it has been a turning point. It helped me release the weight of the past and step into a more peaceful, positive way of living.

Alongside my professional career of nearly two decades in the corporate and development sectors, I have also been on a personal journey of spiritual practice and healing. In 2025, I formally received my Ho’oponopono practitioner certification, which affirmed my path of extending this healing to others.

Through Kintsugi of the Soul, I bring together professional experience, personal healing and daily practice to create spaces where others can heal and reconnect with themselves. I also understand how busy life can be - whether as a parent, a professional or someone balancing multiple roles; which is why the plans I offer are designed to be simple, practical and easy to fit into your routine.

My mission is to make healing accessible, personal and meaningful: to support people in releasing what no longer serves them, embracing self-forgiveness and returning to wholeness with compassion.
