  • We provide a variety of services including, but not limited to: one-on-one sessions, group sessions, workshops, courses, programs, retreats, memberships and corporate offerings.

  • Services may be updated, added or removed at our discretion without prior notice.

  • All services are intended for personal growth, emotional well-being and self-reflection. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment.

 

3. Bookings, Enrolments & Payments

  • All bookings and enrolments must be made through our official booking system or authorized platforms.

  • Payment must be made in advance to confirm participation unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are displayed on the website and may change without prior notice.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested in accordance with the policy stated at the time of booking.

  • Unless otherwise specified, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of a booked session may be rescheduled.

  • Group sessions, workshops, courses and corporate bookings are generally non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Owner’s Rights

  • Kintsugi of the Soul reserves the right to:

    • Refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

    • Suspend or terminate a participant’s account, membership or access to services if they violate these Terms, act inappropriately, misuse content or engage in behavior that disrupts the safety and integrity of sessions.

    • Cancel or reschedule any service, program or session (with notice provided where possible).

  • In cases of suspension or termination due to a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

 

6. Technology & Access

  • For online sessions, courses or workshops, participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, suitable device and necessary software or platform access.

  • Kintsugi of the Soul is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the participant’s end.

 

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

  • Our services may involve third-party platforms (such as Zoom, payment gateways or external resources).

  • We are not responsible for the reliability, content, or privacy practices of third-party websites or tools.

  • Use of third-party platforms is at the participant’s own risk and subject to their terms of service.

 

8. Recordings & Content Use

  • Group sessions, workshops and courses may be recorded for quality, training or redistribution purposes. By attending, you consent to being part of such recordings.

  • Recordings may be shared with participants for replay purposes, but will not be sold or distributed publicly without notice.

  • You may not record, copy or share any session or course content without prior written consent from Kintsugi of the Soul.

 

9. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Memberships or subscriptions (if offered) will be billed according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.

  • Cancellation and renewal policies will be specified separately during sign-up.

  • Kintsugi of the Soul reserves the right to change membership features, prices or terms with reasonable notice.

 

10. Force Majeure

  • Kintsugi of the Soul shall not be held liable for delays, rescheduling or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, strikes, technical failures or government restrictions.

 

11. Disclaimer

  • All offerings are provided for educational and self-development purposes only.

  • No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.

  • You are fully responsible for your own choices, actions and well-being during and after participation.

 

12. Liability

  • Kintsugi of the Soul and its facilitators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in services or use of the website.

  • By booking, enrolling or attending, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your participation.

 

13. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided (including website materials, course content, recordings, guides and resources) is the intellectual property of Kintsugi of the Soul, unless otherwise credited.

  • You may not copy, distribute, reproduce or share any content without prior written consent.
