Refund Policy

At Kintsugi of the Soul, we honor the time, preparation and commitment that go into each session, workshop and program. This Refund Policy provides clarity for all participants.

 

1. General Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for any payments made.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your booking or apply the amount paid toward the same type of service, subject to the conditions below.

 

2. Individual Sessions (1:1 or Small Group)

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled once at no extra cost. Rescheduled sessions must be used within 1 month of the original booking date.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend, will result in the session being marked as completed with no reschedule option.

 

3. Group Sessions, Workshops & Courses

  • Payments for group sessions, workshops and courses are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, no refund or reschedule will be provided.

 

4. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Memberships or subscriptions (if offered) are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

 

5. Corporate Programs & Custom Offerings

  • Corporate workshops, retreats or custom programs are subject to separate agreements.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the agreement, payments are non-refundable.

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

  • If a session, workshop or course is cancelled by Kintsugi of the Soul due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a reschedule or if not possible, may be offered a refund at our discretion.
