Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Window: Once a group session, workshop or course is announced bookings remain open until seats are filled or until the listed closing date. 2. Confirmation: Once your booking and payment are received you will get a confirmation email with details to join. 3. Attendance: Please join on time. If you are late or unable to attend the session will still proceed as scheduled and no refund or reschedule will be provided. 4. No-Shows & Cancellations: Payments for group sessions, workshops and courses are non-refundable and non-reschedulable, as outlined in our Refund Policy. 5. Code of Conduct: Respectful participation is expected from all attendees. Please: - Keep your microphone muted when not speaking (for online sessions). - Avoid disruptive behavior and be respectful towards other participants. - Respect confidentiality of personal sharing within the group. Kintsugi of the Soul reserves the right to remove participants who violate the code of conduct without refund. 6. Recording of Sessions: - All sessions conducted on Zoom may be recorded. By booking a session you agree and consent to being recorded. - Recordings may be used by Kintsugi of the Soul for marketing, promotional or educational purposes. This may include sharing short clips such as participant feedback or interactions on our website, social media or other public platforms. - Sensitive or personal sharing during group sessions will not be disclosed without explicit permission. Only relevant parts such as feedback or testimonials may be used. - Participants will not receive copies of any recordings for personal use. - If you do not wish your image or voice to be used for marketing please inform us before the session begins.
